Welcome to the Bodhi Tree. If you are here to sit underneath a pipal tree in the hopes of recreating the awakening of the Buddha,
you would better served chopping it down for fire wood. If instead you realize you are connected to the same source of wisdom and
compassion to which the Buddha awoke, the revelation of the Hebrew prophets, the truth Christ preached, the source of insight for
saints and mystics of many faiths -- the awareness of reality-as-It-Is -- then you are already under the Bodhi Tree wherever you are.
Lost or adrift? Seeking the experience of transcendent in the immanent? Searching for meaning in the madness of modernized living? Longing for a genuine connection to our common humanity? Don't just be a shallow consumer, trying to feed your needs with commercialism and the latest fad. Choose to be an active citizen of your society and the globe. Let's help each other wake up to our gifts and our responsibilities to our world.

@#$%*$ criminals! @#$% you!! |

Just found out that @$$holes broke into our house in Pittsburgh and stole the copper piping from the basement area. Our realtor just told us and is going to
file a police complaint on our behalf. There was no obvious sign of a break in, so either someone who signed out the code for the key from another realtor
broke in or someone used their kid to slip in the old doggy door which was blocked with plywood and a cinder block to keep out animals. I am not rich or even
in the mean of the middle class, and it's a small modest house. We aren't living in it because we moved elsewhere to find work, but we keep paying for
it until we can find a buyer. Now some #$#%^*# decides they can't afford their crack anymore in the recession so why not bust into the empty place? Great.
I am not a "build more prisons" and/or "execute more inmates" kind of guy, but I also don't believe criminals should get a free pass
either. Part of repentance and rehabilitation is owning up to your choices. So until that happens the people responsible can kiss my @$$.

I dont think anyone would judge or fault you for being angry at this. Dont judge yourself for your honest feelings and emotions, either. I'm really sorry
this happened to you.

Tiny Thinker wrote:this is terrible TT.... so sorry this happened to you! ((((hugs))) from soms.... and as for your "save time" post... you know in your heart that you would forgive, (and more certainly if we had understanding as to why, the act was done...although for some acts, there is nothing to be understood...) though we all hope that those who deal in darkness will come to the light, we also know that there MUST be consequences for our actions, or else..how shall we learn?

Rob was wondering if your homeowner's insurance on the house would cover the cost of replacing the pipes and repairing any damage. Hopefully all of the
financials will be taken care of? Even if so, still frustrating, i know.
