So, I need to find a way to embrace a lifelong change in diet to food I don't like, taking away one of my few choices/pleasures. Yay. No wonder so many people in this country die of obesity and diet related illnesses. I know people around the world are starving, but hey, they can have all the pickles and spiced meats and veggies I am not eating. I am only eating some of the shittiest, cheapest, lowest quality food served to humans. Tons of empty calories with very little nutrition. I know my diet hangups make me seem really shallow and pathetic, but maybe writing it down will help. Like "Oh crap, what a jerk, I don't want to be like that guy any more."
